Located in Jefferson City, Missouri on the Campus of Learfield Comunications this 10,000sf Mixed Use Building is planned for the company’s corporate department as well as as a temporary stay hotel for visiting executives. The building takes advantage of the difficult, steep terrain by hoverinig above a ravine and is designed to appear as a natural outcroping projecting out of the hillside. Designed to be LEED Certified the building is oriented east west in the long axis to maximize natural light and shading control. Primary materials consist of a wood rainscreen, glass, aluminum sunscreens and concrete.
