ARCHITECTURE

We can’t say it better than Charles Eames. Architecture is the foundation for all the work we do at SPACE. Before we set pencil to paper, we’ll spend time interviewing you – sometimes in excruciating detail (sorry) – to get the WHY: we’ll learn more about you, how you live and work, and what you hope to achieve – what is the need? – in your new space. After we’ve established your program, we’ll dive into drawings, hand-in-hand with interior design, construction, and fabrication.
INTERIOR DESIGN

Our spaces have an effect on our well-being, so every material, fixture, and piece of furniture is carefully considered for aesthetics, longevity, budget, and schedule. And this is done in close concert with you, to ultimately imbue the resulting space with your personality and values.

We know construction can be one of the biggest and most costly things you’ll undertake. We’ve got you covered. If your project is ground-up, an interior renovation, or an adaptive re-use, we’re well-equipped to handle the complexity and nuance of each. SPACE’s experienced construction team balances the budget, teams of subcontractors, and the schedule, all while remaining in regular communication with you so you know where your investment is going.
CUSTOM FABRICATION

Our fabrication team works to support our construction team, building beautiful casework and art installations that were built to last, but Don and Greg are also masters of crafting heirloom tables, benches, beds, and any other piece to make your house a home.
