The Mission Continues connected SPACE with GCPA’s President Raphael Morris, and our team visited the cemetery on a sunny Friday in August to lend a hand with the groundskeeping.

On May 23, WIN Warehouse, a St. Louis-area nonprofit organization working for other local nonprofits, was selected as a winner for the Landmarks Association of St. Louis, Inc.’s 23^rd annual Most Enhanced Awards for excellence in historic rehabilitation.

“WIN Warehouse is honored to receive this award from the Landmarks Association of St. Louis,” said Travis Laws, president of WIN Warehouse. “We knew that SPACE Architects + Designers + Builders would be able to create the perfect environment for our mission. Now, the many nonprofits we work with will be primed for success.”

In March 2019, WIN Warehouse held a grand reopening following the renovation of their North City headquarters to better serve their nonprofit members. SPACE Architects + Designers + Builders worked with WIN Warehouse on both the design and construction. Construction began in September 2018.

Tom and Shelley were excited to travel to Columbia to accept a Merit Award from the Mid-Missouri chapter of the American Institute of Architects for the design of LeBao Asian Eatery. LeBao's owner Jina Yoo joined them for the ceremony and celebratory bao and ramen afterwards.

Our team was proud to bring home two awards from AIA St. Louis on Friday night: Distinguished awards for Bulrush and LeBao Asian Eatery.

We're pleased to announce our client, WIN Warehouse, brought home a Most Enhanced Award from Landmarks Association of St. Louis for the renovation of their 1930s warehouse, office, and retail space in North St. Louis.
