When you work out hard, your body and mind needs time for rest and recovery. Maggie, the owner of MT Fitness, wanted to open a sister facility next door to offer just that: rest and cutting-edge recovery. PWRx Health offers a variety of treatments, including cryotherapy, cold plunge, infrared sauna, massage, and other services that promote overall wellness.

The plan called for not only a new wellness center, but also a gym expansion of MT Fitness, and a bathroom/locker room core to be shared by both businesses. Our team worked closely with Maggie to make a practical, cost-effective plan that would work well for both companies, while maintaining a luxury experience for guests. We landed on a rich sepia-toned palette for a soothing atmosphere. In addition to aesthetics, we carefully planned the spaces to accommodate each piece of specialized equipment for reliable ease of use.
